Basic setup
To start with you will need to remove all packaging from around the console (leaving disktray stickers on won't hurt but looks tacky) once you have done that take the audio/video & power lead, put the audio/video in the correct points on the back of your TV/HD TV/LCD or LED TV (all xbox's come with th component leads with RGB/YGB connecters & some models have a HDMI lead aswell) now feed the leads where you want them to go and now take the power lead and plug it into the AC/DC transformer and place away from Xbox so's not to cause extra heat, also feed those leads to where you want them as well. Now if you are planing on using "Xbox Live" you might want to feed the Ethernet lead now or if you have the new Slim Xbox 360 don't worry. Plug in the ethernet lead into your router and your audio/video & power supply leads into the back of the Xbox and the Ethernet cable if using one, plug the power lead into a socket and turn on at the wall. Turn on your TV & then your Xbox, if it doesn't come up onscreen you need to select the correct channel on your TV (i.e. AV1, AV2, AV3, Component & HDMI) once the load up screen has gone you should be left with a walkthrough to setup your Xbox. Follow this walkthought & once this has finished you can enjoy gaming, alternatively if you are planing on connecting to "Xbox Live" then there is some updates you will need to perform before connecting or creating your online username, must except these if you wish to play online. (Account Setup below)

Xbox live cards
Xbox live codes = region free so they will work anywhere in the world
MSP = region locked so only works in country of origin

Account Licence Transfers
You can preform 1 ever 365 day or every 1 year.

You need to know:
Account e-mail address & password
Console ID (found on rear of console or in USB flap on front)

1st you will need to login on Xbox.com once this has been done go to HERE enter your console ID and then return to your Xbox Console with the identical ID and GameTag you enter into Xbox.com and redownload all your DLC from Xbox Live.

All licenses for DLC now reside on that console unfortunately the DLC on the previous console once reconnect to Live will lose the Licences for the content unless using the original account online.
